Book Project Update

I received a wonderful response to my new book project and fundraiser, "Boulder Dog Tails".  Thank you!! My goal was to photograph 30 dogs in 30 different locations in Boulder and raise $1,500 for Longmont Humane Society.   There were so many great applicants I ended up with 35 photo sessions at 35 locations! Together we have raised $1,750 for LHS, with a little more to come!

I still have a few more sessions to complete and then me and my husband Ray will be heads down, writing and designing the photo book.  It has been a great and enjoyable project meeting so many new dogs and their people as well as photographing old friends. I can't think of a better way to spend my time.   Dogs have such a joyful and "love for life" attitude and I love watching and documenting them through my lens.

I've included a few images of the many beautiful canine souls that will be in the book.  Enjoy!
