Dog of the Month - Lily

This is Lily! I had a great time meeting and photographing Lily a few weeks ago in Kanemoto Park in Longmont. And, I was able to get her mom to be in some of the photos too. Lily was extremely friendly and curious about her surroundings. She looks fabulous in the tall grasses and we had fun playing with a ball on the bridge resulting in us seeing her goofy side. Lily started out as a foster dog. At the end of her foster period, her foster mom Jo, took her back to Longmont Humane Society. But Jo’s dad wanted Jo to keep her, for all of their sake’s. Not a problem for Jo as she had fallen in love with Lily too, so she adopted Lily. She’s been a great addition to the family ever since.
