Why You Should Have Your Senior Dog Professionally Photographed

If you haven’t had professional photographs done of your senior pet don’t miss out on documenting this special time in their lives. They may be slowing down or experiencing health issues - making it even more important to do photos now. Senior dogs have a sweetness about them that’s different than when they were younger.

I’ve heard too many from people telling me they wish they had done professional photos of their dog before they passed away.  Please don’t wait.

I’ve also had many people tell me how thankful they are that they did have professional photos done of their dog before it was too late - and that they were in some of the photos too.  As a photographer I’m always behind the camera but several times throughout my dogs lives, and when they were seniors, I hired another photographer to photograph me with my dogs.  I cherish these photos like you wouldn’t believe.

Even if your senior dog has health issues like blindness, deafness or mobility issues, I can create beautiful images that you will love.  Call me to discuss how I can make this easy for you and your pet.

Photos are such a beautiful way to remember your best friend and to record their essence and the bond you have with them.   What better way to honor them than to create art that you can look at whenever you want to remember the cherished moments and their very being.

For the month of July we are offering 25% off our sessions for senior pets  - ages 8 and up, (or any age if your pet is chronically ill). Cats included! Offer expires July 31, 2021. See below for some more images of senior pets.
